Do you require a long contract?
Most clients start with a 12 month service agreement with a 30 day out clause. We also support short pilot terms for new sites that want to validate scope and KPIs.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We include equipment and standard chemicals. Paper goods and trash liners can be bundled at cost plus service or ordered through your preferred distributor.
How fast can you start?
Typical onboarding is 5 to 10 business days after approval. We handle site orientation, key and alarm setup, and stocking before the first service visit.
What about background checks and insurance?
Every tech is background checked and trained. We maintain commercial liability and workers compensation insurance and can list your organization as additionally insured on request.
How do you verify quality for the price?
Supervisors complete digital inspections with photos, and your dashboard logs tasks, punch times, and corrective actions. We review KPIs in scheduled check-ins.
Do you clean during the day?
Yes. Day porter service is billed hourly and keeps lobbies, restrooms, and high-traffic areas fresh between nightly cleans. It can be standalone or paired with janitorial.
